Welcome back! 2023 Week 13 contains several doctor’s appointments and a full week of teaching. I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather (my eyes have turned into sandpaper?) so I’m hoping that things turn around this week.

I am planning my first Angry Angel Books live event. I have received feedback that there is some interest in a book discussion/book review live streaming session, and so I am going to try one out in April on my Twitch channel and see how it goes. Book Reviews

This week I’m finishing up The Soulmate by Sally Hepworth (mystery/thriller: available April 4th) and starting the third book in Andrea Stewart’s Drowning Empire series, The Bone Shard War (fantasy: available April 18th). Both books’ Goodreads synopses are linked below and both are DRC copies that have been provided to me in advance of publication in exchange for an honest review.

I am trying out a new game this week: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The husband said he liked it, and it has a sequel coming out soon much like the other games I have been playing.

I’m always streaming Sun/Wed/Fri, sometimes on Thursdays or Saturdays, but no streams on Mondays or Tuesdays.
