Hello Angry Angels.

I haven’t posted a review yet this week because, contrary to what I wrote in my The Starless Crown (Moon Fall #1) review, having The Cradle of Ice (Moon Fall #2) digital advanced review copy on my Kindle has not alleviated the anxiety my brain feels when I try to make any kind of progress on it. I am 25% of the way through and that’s after reading it for like, two weeks. Large book hesitancy is real and I am in the thick of it. I am enjoying what I’m reading though! My being stuck in the mud is not a statement on the quality of the story. I’ve dubbed this “Doorstop Syndrome” and if you know, you know.

The other reason I’m a bit behind with my reading is that I was very sick earlier this week (Monday and Tuesday) and I couldn’t concentrate on much more than getting to the bathroom on time, if you know what I mean. Apologies for the TMI. I’m a bit better now, but a doctor’s visit may be in my future.

The Cradle of Ice (Moon Fall #2) by James Rollins has a publication date of February 7, 2023 and I promise I will have my review for you before then.
